How an airplane works
An airplane is a kind of transportation that can help you get from one place to another. The wings on an airplane gets fast air on top with low pressure and on the bottom gets high pressure that makes the airplane stay in the air. There are four things that make the airplane fly -Thrust, Lift, Drag and Weight. Thrust makes the airplane move forward by the plane's propellers or engines. When air goes to the engine it goes from low air going in the engine then high air comes out. Lift makes the airplane go up and is made by the wings. Drag makes the airplane slow down. Weight pulls the plane downward. The main idea is that a plane can fly if there is more lift than weight and more thrust than drag.
Another important thing that an airplane needs is the engine. It helps move the plane forward.
